Ordered and received, but two frame arms were snapped in to by UPS. I called an emailed pics and they overnighted a replacement frame that saved day!

The backdrop came out nice. I received it on time, it looked nice on the red carpet. I was asked by ppl attending the event, where did I get my backdrop designed. I normally don't purchase items online cause you never know if it's a scam or not but sign11 is legit and I would visit their website again for future backdrops. Good job Sign11.

Good But Not Great
I have never purchased a Step and Repeat before. I wanted the best quality so I upgraded to fabric and the premium stand. The fabric wasn't what I was expecting as it still very much seemed like vinyl. The stand worked find but it was more complicated to put together than I was expecting. The design turned out fine, but I wish it was slightly different because the logos seem to be right in line with people's heads and they block them. Overall I really like this product, but it did not blow me away. Their customer service was great though. They took extra precaution to make sure I received my shipment on time and I did. I would order from this company again.
