Step and Repeat shines
Step and Repeat looked great with good printing quality. It came only a few days after approval of the mock up. One issue: no instructions on assembly were included and it took our crew almost three hours to get it set up.

Glare and wrinkles
While the customer service was perfect, the stand for our 10x8 was poor quality and caused some sagging and wrinkling. Luckily we're a big venue with a capable maintenance staff, who basically rigged a whole new system. Unfortunately, there's a glare on the backdrop, making it look pretty cheap in photos.

Great Look!
We received our step and repeat so quickly, I was amazed! The turn around time for the proof was incredible, just a few hours! It was a great look for our event and we will use it for years to come - we have a lot of ideas for it! It did take a little while to figure out how to put it together the first time, but we color coded the screws and holes so it will be easy to put together next time. The storage case is great!

The design team helped me adjust three times without charging, so that the final product came out just as we hoped. We used for an event - it went up/down easy (does need two people to put up) and looked great! Thank you!

Stand was broken when it arrived
I was very happy with the banner although there were issues with the packaging. The stand was broken on one side when it arrived but as I had left it really late to order I couldn't send it back
