Great product, and such fast turnaround time, starting from sending in the logos to having it approved, printed, and shipped! Excellent value, highly recommend this company and this product!

I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the products. I ordered this for my daughter's wedding and I way ahead of time because I didn't know what to expect. The day after I placed my order I received the first draft. Even though I liked it I wanted to see another option so emailed back with two different ideas. Once again the following day I received two new proofs for my review and it was nice to be able to see both of them side by side. I made my decision and replied back to them. I received an email the following day that my order was been processed and the following day was shipped. It took two days to arrived. It looked fantastic! I was very impressed!

We loved our step and repeat banner. The turnaround time was fantasic, but we wish that it came with instructions.

My shopping experience was TERRIBLE!! I ordered a red carpet, stand and a 8x8 step & repeat banner . 8 put my order in on Monday and made it very clear that I needed my order the latest by Friday in order to accommodate a wedding on Saturday. I had to reprint a banner because my clients did not like the first one (additional $75 out of my pocket because the first banner was printed already) didn't complain. However, Friday comes and I only receive one package which is the banner (ONLY THE BANNER) I did not receive the red carpet or the stand. how am I going to utilize the banner without the stand or red carpet? I contacted Sign11 all throughout the weekend (found out they were closed) and emailed Saniel several times requesting a refund. Daniel told me that the refund has to go through the upper management and he would notify them of the problem. Today is October 15th and I still have yet to hear from the "upper management" nor have I received a refund. This is ridiculous and terrible customer service!! I will NEVER purchase from here again and I will ensure none of my friends or family do as well.

I ordered a step and repeat for my sisters baby shower. The system was so simple to use and delivered so quickly.

My husband wanted a red carpet step and repeat banner for our wedding. I found sign11.com and liked what I saw. We worked with a designer who helped us design our banner. My husband is super picky with what he wanted and it took about 8 e-mails back and forth to finally get the design the way we wanted it. Our designer was super patient. Our banner couldn't have been more perfect and it was an absolute hit at our wedding. We took pictures in front of it for an hour with all of our guests! Came out so great! High quality and easy to set up. We received it so quickly as well and it was a very reasonable price. Thank you sign11 for a great product.

I ordered the step and repeat combo for my son's Hollywood Send-Off Celebration. It was a big hit. The product was very well made and sturdy. Will DEFINITELY recommend!
