Excellent Products, Fast!
I needed a vertical banner for my concert and a backdrop for the photos. I always do my homework in finding services because I love quality work but hate over paying. I was about to use another company until this one popped up in the search engine. I was apprehensive at first because I had never heard of them. I read the reviews about their quality and saw that their pricing was reasonably lower compared to other companies. I also saw that the banner came with the retractable mount which was a plus, as some sites sold them separately for $100 above the price of the banner, including the shipping, fees, etc. I placed my order at about 11pm. The next day I received an email with my proofs and it was specifically detailed to my order. I had to leave work and could not reply immediately. While driving, someone called me to check on the order and went over everything with me. I gave verbal consent to print. I had the products delivered the very next day, which is their standard! I was absolutely impressed at the quality of the images. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to everyone in need of large printing.

all 4 banners did not retract, i hear something rattling inside the base
not happy. gave 2nd chance for these banners after disappointment from the first. now i have to rig these so they look propert at my convention

Good item, pole not good
Great working with team on the banner. Disappointed with pole. The top portion of the pole wouldn't tighten like is should. Weak and bent with the weight of the banner.

Good price, but pole needs work
The staff works well with you to get everything to print, and the banner looks good, but the pole is awful...two of mine wouldn't work the first time we used them last week.
