    Worst customer service and NO attention to detail

    Horrible experience from start to finish working with this company. Banners received then had noticeable errors, which nobody caught, and no refund was given. Worst experience, terrible company.

    Not what I expected

    I was disappointed how the banner was packaged. The vinyl banner was just rolled up and placed in a card board shipping box. There was no circular insert for the border to wrap around, so it will be difficult to prevent wrinkles and creases when it's re-inserted into the box for storage. I also expected the banner to have side pockets for the stand poles, but there are only grommets and tie straps to attach the sides of the banner to the stand. Next time I'll order a retractable banner - I believe that would have been a better product for my needs versus the banner and stand combo
